Description: The Center for WorkLife Law, housed at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, is hiring two Program Associates who provide administrative support, ensure smooth running of daily operations, and work closely with directors to support WorkLife Law’s groundbreaking work in pursuit of gender and racial equity. The Program Associates will support WorkLife Law’s directors in a range of administrative and project tasks, including administrative support, scheduling, and other executive assistance for WorkLife Law’s directors, as well as general office functions. Description: As a member of Iterable’s Customer Success team, you will be responsible for the relationship with high-value ($120k+ ARR) customers. You will be tasked with making sure they are happy and getting as much value as possible from the product. You will build relationships with stakeholders across the company with the goal of expanding the use of Iterable as appropriate. The role is ideal for an individual very strong communication skills and experience navigating large organizations to identify key stakeholders. This is a key position for the company.
